All orders are shipped with a tracking code.
You will find your tracking code and instructions in the confirmation email you will receive after your order is prepared.

The making of personalized jewelry takes between 7 and 10 days. Then standard delivery takes 5 to 10 days.
for all other orders, we prepare them in 24-48 hours and delivery is generally between 5 and 10 days.
All shipped orders cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team and we will do everything we can.

You can use the gift card code received by email during the payment process on luvea.fr
Gift cards can be used as many times as you want until the balance is exhausted. If you purchase products whose value is higher than that of the e-gift card, you can pay the additional amount using another payment method.
If you decide to return the item, the amount paid through the e-gift card will be credited to a new e-gift card and not through any other means. The amount you paid by another payment method will be credited using that same payment method.
You can only use one gift card per purchase. However, you can combine it with a discount code and other payment methods offered at checkout.
The gift card has a lifespan of 365 days, from the date of receipt by email.
