Did you receive the wrong or damaged item?


If your Luvea jewelry has a defect, we are sorry. Please complete the form at the bottom of this page so that we can do what is necessary.
For all non-personalized jewelry, Luvea offers you a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to request an exchange or return if you encounter one of the following situations:
- The size does not fit
- The order arrived damaged

We cannot accept returns or refunds for personalized jewelry given its unique nature.

Returns & Refunds

To facilitate your returns, we offer you two options

1- Ask for a return label

Simply fill out the returns form below, and we'll send you a label. When using our returns label, a sum of €5 for Belgium (€7 for France) will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.

2- Return at your own expense

If you prefer, you can return the item on your own using the courier service of your choice. Note that in this case, shipping costs will be your responsibility. It is important to notify us before making a return. Include a printed copy of your electronic receipt in the return package. You will find this document in the confirmation email we sent you.

Reimbursement amount

We will refund the full amount paid for the returned items, including the original standard delivery charge if delivery was not free.

Reimbursement period

The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.

To note :

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Luvea will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during a return made by your own means. Make sure the package reaches us in perfect condition. Any promotional item received must also be returned if the conditions of the promotional offer are no longer respected after the return.
